What does a life coach do?

Life coaches help their clients overcome obstacles and make changes. They aid their clients in utilising their full potential in setting the goals they have in life.
Often clients don't realize their potential and their talent, they have the feeling they are stuck and don't know what action to take. A life coach assists through using strategies, tools, and skills in making the client more aware of who they are and what they are capable of achieving. They're a partner in helping the client clearly envision what it is that they desire in life.
