What does a life coach do?

Life coaches help their clients overcome obstacles and make changes. They aid their clients in utilising their full potential in setting the goals they have in life.

 

Often clients don't realize their potential and their talent, they have the feeling they are stuck and don't know what action to take. A life coach assists through using strategies, tools, and skills in making the client more aware of who they are and what they are capable of achieving. They're a partner in helping the client clearly envision what it is that they desire in life.

Who can benefit from a life coach?

  • Someone who suffers from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and/or fears

  • Someone struggling with low self-esteem and low self-confidence

  • Someone who wants to achieve more in life but doesn't know how to go about it

  • Someone who's being picked on or bullied, at school or in the workplace

  • Someone who feels there is more to life than what they have currently achieved and is open-minded to making change
